OAI Visual Branding Provides Environmental Graphics & Branding For Events at Tampa Riverwalk for 2017 College Football Playoff
For the 2017 College Football Playoff events held at Tampa Riverwalk, OAI provided a variety of branding solutions to decorate sidewalks, light poles, buildings and walkways. All signage was temporary and featured the College Football Playoff brand, sponsors and corresponding events held at the Riverwalk. Working with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, College Football Playoff, City of Tampa and Tampa Riverwalk, OAI produced and installed environmental graphics and branding featured at Social Village, Fan Central and AT&T Playoff Live.
The Tampa Riverwalk railing featured College Football Playoff sponsors using approximately 2,450 square feet of vinyl banner to display the variety of partner logos. The event sponsors were also featured on 19 teardrop bow flags that decorated the waterside. Fans were lead to these events by 89 floor decals produced from sidewalk PSA, 51 temporary vinyl map decals and 120 pole banners that started at the Tampa Convention Center and finished at Curtis Hixon Park. OAI produced larger mesh banners that were installed near the Riverwalk included a 705 square foot ramp banner showcasing ESPN as a sponsor and the Capital Trust Building displaying the Dos Equis brand with approximately 1,470 square feet of graphics.
Visitors to Downtown Tampa were estimated to be upwards of 75,000 for the special events leading up to the College Football Playoff National Championship game Monday night at Raymond James Stadium.
