What we can do
From graphic design to installation, we are your one-stop shop for all your branding needs. Our wide range of manufacturing capabilities includes tube bending, screen printing, dye-sublimation, and die-cutting, and we can print on a roll or rigid substrate such as acrylic or wood. We even offer haptic ink printing, creating a three-dimensional print that can be touched.
We offer a range of advanced cutting technologies such as laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC routing, and the Colex Sharp Cut Pro, a versatile cutting system that can cut roll media and rigid boards, leaving clean and smooth edges. In addition, our shop has a fully equipped wood shop, metal shop, and sewing team at your service.
We take pride in being the sole fabricator in North America that offers 3D Freeform Tube Bending. Our digital tube bending machine can bend 20-foot lengths of multiple materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and PVC pipe. What’s more, we can print on the tube before bending, allowing for var-codes, OR-codes, text labels, saw lines, drill holes, alignment marks, and more. Tube benders are a scarce commodity worldwide, but they have limitless capabilities. This machine is the pinnacle of accuracy and precision, and we’re thrilled to work on whatever project someone can imagine for it.
